- Hormone panels might be covered by some insurance. We can check in the spa for you. We will need your insurance card and driver license to check.
- Copy of results will be provided to you, our providers are not responsible for any abnormal results that require you to see your primary care physician. You are responsible for following up with any abnormal results.
