Our Policies

Appointment Policy:

  • Arriving late to your appointment will shorten your valuable treatment time.  We aim to complete your treatment session within the time slot provided to you, tardiness of more than 15 minutes could result in rescheduling depending on how busy the provider is for the day. 

Cancellation / No Show Policy:

  • At Beauty Health Medspa we have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

  • All Injection/Medical Appointments:
    Botox – $75
  • Fillers—$100
    PDO Threads – $200
  • Facials -$50
  • Lashes –$50
  • Lasers –$25-$75
  • *Depends on the size of the area being treated 
  • All consults require a card on file- No shows fee $100

  • If a client has no shown and/or late canceled more than 3 times, the client will then be required to prepay 50% of the service cost at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy continues to be violated.  If appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Beauty Health Medspa.

  • We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out and have clients waiting to get on the schedule.  Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps for the provider schedule.  We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Beauty Health Medspa team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: 

  • We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  No refund on Gift Card purchases.

Children Policy:

  • Here at Beauty Health Medspa, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment.  This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Pet Policy:

  • Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Beauty Health Medspa.  We are a medical spa and have certain guidelines we have to follow to be in compliance. 
  • Should you arrive at an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
